Corby Passes With Flying Colours
Universal Care Services would like to congratulate all our Staff at our Corby Branch for an excellent CQC Inspection report. The branch underwent a routine inspection on 30th December 2013 during a very busy festive period. All standards were met.
The CQC Inspector spoke with members of staff who told them training was “brilliant” and gave them a good understanding of how to meet people's needs and what to do if there were any problems. They also spoke to some of the people who used the service or their family members. One person told them, “They are excellent. The carers are lovely.” Another person told them, “We are happy with them. They care for X and keep us up-to-date with developments.”
Speaking about the inspection company director Reita Lebrock stated "she was very proud of all the team in Corby. They have worked tremendously hard since the branch was opened in April 2013. This report is testament to all the staff at our Corby Branch and the very hard work they put into delivering a good quality service to the people of Northamptonshire.” The report is available to download online at the CQC website.« Back to news
